  • Customising preferences in QuickBooks
  • Backup and restoring company files
  • Creating & editing Budgets
  • Using class and job tracking
  • Setting up and using petty cash
  • Credit cards and Point of Sales transactions
  • Setting up and tracking fixed assets
  • Using QuickBooks in conjunction with Word and Excel
  • End of Month and End of Financial Year Transactions
  • Customising templates used in QuickBooks

Prerequisites

  • Basic computer skills
  • Moderate written and verbal English skills
  • Numeracy skills
  • Microsoft Windows™ experience
  • Understanding of QuickBooks functions and program (Freedom Training recommends QuickBooks introduction)
  • General understanding of bookkeeping concepts
